Consultant, Speaker, Business Owner—CEO (Chief Encouragement Officer) and co-founder of The Industrious, Charmione Marcell has a unique combination of analytical and communication skills. Her undergraduate degree in Chemistry prepared her for 8 years in science education and genetics research (USDA Forest Service, ORU). Her graduate degree in Communication positioned her for 3 years teaching and training public speaking skills (University of Wisconsin – SP, Frito-Lay), including numerous forays into using the arts to convey a message in a creative manner.

Throughout the seasons of her life, Charmione has followed her passion—to impact the lives of others in a positive way. Her greatest joy has come from investing in people for a higher purpose. During the early part of her career, she spent 10 years developing young leaders in a ministry environment. Currently Charmione leads a team of dynamic individuals who’s combined strengths and passions serve to enhance the efforts of consultants as they pursue their dreams.

Charmione believes there is compelling research linking brain function with innate passion. By raising people's self awareness, productivity and personal fulfillment will increase. Charmione's passion lies with some very specific individuals – her family. She lives in McKinney, Texas, where she is continually working on her highest calling: loving her husband and her two daughters.
